The MIS Internship is a one-year program designed for fresh female graduates aiming to develop their skills and careers. The internship focuses on empowering young female talents, enhancing gender parity within the organization, and providing hands-on experience through mentoring and coaching. Interns will work on value-added projects, expand their professional network, and gain practical knowledge in data management and monitoring and evaluation functions within the Women’s Economic Justice (WEJ) Unit. 

The intern will support the MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) function of CARE Ethiopia’s Women’s Economic Justice Unit. This involves strengthening data management practices, contributing to project quality assurance, and supporting field offices with ongoing monitoring and evaluation activities.

Position: Procurement Intern

Education:

•    Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (Business Administration, Procurement/ purchasing, logistics) or other related fields.
•    0 years of experience

Technical Skill
•    Proven language proficiency in written and spoken English.
•    Excellent use of spreadsheets for data analytics.
•    Detail oriented and good analytical skill 

The purpose of the role of Procurement Intern is to ensure that procurement cycle is effectively managed so that project activities are timely provided with required goods and services. S/He is expected to perform her/his duties in an ethical manner and in compliance with CARE’s policies, local law, and donors’ regulations.

Monthly Stipend – 216$

Location: Addis Ababa
