Position 1: Finance Intern
Qualification: Graduate with either a university degree or professional Qualification in Accounting , management , procurement and Asset Management , logistics and supply management , business administration and related field of studies.
Experience: Not Required
- year of graduation 2013- 2014 EC with CGPA 3.0 and above
Responsibilities:
Participate in facilitating the sanitary infrastructure construction work
Participate in regularly supervising the progress of the ongoing Water supply rehabilitation works
Participate in regularly supervising the progress of the ongoing Water supply system rehabilitation works in different locations.
Participate in PR facilitation, technical review process and physical inspections for the electro-mechanical purchase process. Which may include site level mobilization and installation process in collaboration with the Field team.
Keep proper documentation for PRs, hand overing documents, Payment sheets for NFIs and other related items.
Keep proper record of items procured and transported to the locations and communicate the delivery to the team for every WASH item (Generators, pumps, solar systems, pipes and fittings and NFIs)
Support in making sure the work of the contractor is handled according to the agreed standard, quality, and in a cost-effective manner.
Participate during trainings that is going to be provided to the affected communities, technical team members, proper operation, maintenance, and sustainability of the WASH infrastructures.
Collect, compile, Prepare and submit monthly progress reports from Filed offices, where there are Humanitarian WASH Implementations. \
Participate in the quarterly, interim, and final narrative reports in collaboration with other humanitarian WASH team members.
Handle other activities as assigned by the supervisor
Position 2: WASH Intern
Qualification & Experience: Fresh graduate of BA/BSC In Gender , Sociology, social works, natural resource management, agronomy and water engineering.
- year of graduation 2013- 2014 EC with CGPA 3.0 and above
