Position: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

Experience: 0 years of experience

Job Description:

  • will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
  • is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.

Position 2: Office Assistant

Qualifications:

  • 10+1, 10+2 ,10+3 , diploma and 12th Grade Completed
  • Age should not exceed 21 years
  • No prior experience is required

An Office Assistant’s responsibilities include taking calls from customers and delivering messages while also using basic office equipment like faxes or scanners. They help maintain files to keep track of important documents, organize travel arrangements, manage supply inventory, and perform data entry as required.
