Job Description:
- Will handle/Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
- Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
- Maintain proper Records and Files
- Effects periodical payments on time.
- prepares and Send Reminders for unpaid Documents.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-II

Job Description:
- Balances, closes and counter signs the cash book with an authorized official.
- Keeps dual control of vault, petty cash, and ATM machine.
- Follows-up and reconcile all accounts of suspense nature.
- Review and check the correctness of these financial documents to ensure that all information is recorded accurately.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.

Position 3: Branch Manager-I
Qualification: Banking and Finance, Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing management or related fields.
