Position 1: Junior Accountant

Education: BA Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance or related field

Experience: 0โ€“2 years required

Special Training: IFRS Knowledge

Skills: Time Management, Accounting, Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS, ERP


Position 2: Junior Customer Service Officer

Education: BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management or related field

Experience: 0โ€“2 years required

Skills: Communication, Customer handling and understanding capability, Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously


Position 3: Purchaser

Education: BA Degree in Purchasing Management, Marketing Management, Business Management or related field

Experience: Minimum 4 years related experience

Skills: Communication, Fluency in written and spoken English & Amharic (additional languages are a plus), Microsoft Office (including Outlook), Negotiation & reporting skills, ERP/Procurement Systems


Position 4: Senior Human Resource Officer

Education: BA Degree in Business Management, Personnel Management or related field

Experience: Minimum 8 years related experience

Skills: MS Office / iWork, Time Management, Human Resource Management, Labor Law & Employee Relations, Problem-solving & listening skills


Position 5: Reception / Information Desk Worker

Education: Diploma in Business Management, Personnel Management or related field

Experience: Minimum 4 years related experience

Skills: Time Management, Active Listening, Customer Service Orientation, Strong communication skills


Position 6: Junior Training Coordination & Follow-Up Officer

Education: BA Degree in Business Management, Personnel Management or related field

Experience: Minimum 2 years required

Skills: Action Planning, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Facilitation & Training Skills, Teamwork


Position 7: Training Coordination & Follow-Up Officer

Education: BA Degree in Business Management, Personnel Management or related field

Experience: Minimum 4 years related experience

Skills: Computer Skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Facilitation & Community Mobilization Skills, Negotiation & Reporting Skills
