Position: Junior Training Coordination and Follow Up Officer
Qualifications:
- Education:
- BA in Business Management, Personnel Management or other related field
Under the general direction and guidance of the head, Training coordination and follow up Division, Assist the senior training coordination and follow up expert in measuring the effectiveness of training programs by collecting data on participant satisfaction and retention rates. Participate in the developing and maintaining of training materials such as manuals workbooks and presentations.
- Assist the senior training coordination and follow up expert in designing and developing computer-based training programs using software packages such as Adobe Captive  or Articulate Presenter
- Record and transcribe training sessions and provide feedback to trainers
- Assist the senior training coordination and follow up expert in developing and delivering training programs using various methods such as classroom instruction, online learning or e-learning programs.
