Position: Intern – Business Development and Relationship Management

Job Description:

As an intern in our Business Development and Relationship Management team, you will play a crucial role in signing up restaurants and vendors, resolving issues, collecting discounts, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders by helping them how they can promote their business. Additionally, you will assist the business development team, conduct market analysis, and contribute to the development of new business ventures. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Signing up Restaurants and Vendors:

  • Identify and approach potential restaurants and vendors for partnership.
  • Present the benefits of joining our platform and address any concerns or queries.

2. Issue Resolution and Quick Fixes:

  • Actively engage with restaurants to address any operational or technical issues promptly.
  •  Ensure efficient problem-solving and provide quick fixes to maintain smooth operations.

3. Discount Collection and Submission:

  • Collaborate with restaurants to collect and verify discounts offered.
  •  Submit collected discounts to the respective team leaders for further processing.

4. Cancellation Reduction:

  • Regularly follow up with restaurants to understand reasons for cancellations.
  • Implement strategies to minimize cancellations and improve customer satisfaction.

5. Photo Shoot Scheduling:

  • Coordinate and schedule professional photo shoots for new restaurants and vendors.
  •  Ensure high-quality visuals and appealingly present the establishments.

6. Task Implementation and Prioritization:

  • Execute tasks assigned by superiors based on the company’s priorities.
  • Maintain a proactive approach and contribute to the overall success of the team.

7. Research and New Business Ventures:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  •  Generate innovative ideas and proposals for new ventures.

8. Business Development Support:

  • Assist the business development team in various activities and initiatives.
  • Contribute to the growth of the company’s partner network.

9. Weekly and daily Reporting:

  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports related to vendors and completed tasks.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on the data analysis.

10. Complaint Handling and Error Review:

  • Address and resolve complaints received from restaurants and other departments.
  • Review errors on the company’s app platforms and suggest improvements.

11. Stakeholder Relationship Building:

  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with restaurants and vendors.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as Operations and Customer Support.

12 Helping the business promote and grow

  • By engaging with the marketing team showing direction on how they can promote their business
