Betopia is a real estate and property company presently engaged in developing a range of residential and commercial units using state-of-the-art design and an in-house team of experts.
Incorporated as a fully-fledged property company in 2016, Betopia’s founder has successfully handed over 100 residential units mostly located in the prime residential areas south of the Old Airport since first entering the market in 2005. Currently, our developments are located all across Addis, from Kazanchis to German square and from Olympia to Bisrate Gabriel.

Position 1: Data Collector
Qualification
- Diploma or above in engineering related field
- 3 Years Experience
Responsibilities:
- Record day to day construction activities on site
- Organize collected data, document progress, and provide timely reports
- Keep proper records of manpower and machinery on site
- Ensure all data is properly documented
Position 2: Accountant
Qualification
- BSc Degree in Accounting or Finance
- a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Perform day to day accounting operations and manage petty cash
- Record expenses and all financial transactions
- Prepare financial reports and perform regular bank conciliations
- Ensure accounting operations are in line with financial regulations and standards
- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing procession
- Handle Tax related matters
Position 3: Surveyor
Qualification
- certificate level or above in field surveying
- 3 Years work Experience
Key Competencies:
- Able to use surveying tools and equipment to accurately measure land features
- perform calculations and determine surveying measurements
- Mark and delineate boundaries and reference points on a property or section of land
- Able to properly analyze and deliver high quality data result in drawings
- proficient in AUTO CAD software
Position 4: OFFICE ENGINEER
Qualification
- BSC in Civil Engineering/ COTM or related field
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare project schedules, contract agreements and progress reports.
- Prepare/review interim payment, subcontract payment and Bill of quantities
- Oversee and manage all matters related to project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Compile and analyze data to support project planning and decision making
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical support for the team.
Position 5: CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Qualification
- BSC in Civil Engineering or related field
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Letters, contract agreements and other construction documents
- Proper documentation of contract agreements and other documents
- Manage paperwork associated with contracts, responding to letters
- Preparing/reviewing Bills of Quantities and payment certificates
- Oversee and manage all matters related to project scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting.
- Review the project master schedules (prepared by Consultants and Contractors) to ensure they are in line with the project’s key milestones.
