Berhan Bank S.C would like to invites competent applicants for the following vacant post Position:

Berhan Bank S.C was formed in accordance with Article 304 of the Commercial Code of Ethiopia with the objective of operating in the banking industry.

This objective has been ensured in Article 3 of the Memorandum of Association of the Company.

The Bank was registered and licensed by the National Bank of Ethiopia on 27 June 2009 with a paid up capital of Birr 95.7 Million divided in to shares of Birr 1,000 and an authorized capital of Birr 300 Million.

Position 1: Internal Auditor II

Education: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management or related

Experience: 3 Years Experience as Internal Auditor or Equivalent

Place of work: Internal Audit Department, Head Office

Position 2: Internal Auditor I

Education: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management or related

Experience: 1 Year as Junior Internal Auditor or Equivalent

Place of work: Internal Audit Department, Head Office

Position 3: Assistant Branch Manager I

Education: BA in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Insurance, Economics or related.

Experience: 5 Years Banking Experience as Customer Service Officer, 2 Years’ Experience as Assistant Branch Manager or Equivalent

Place of work: Arsi Negele Branch – South District

Position 4: IT Auditor I

Education: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management or related

Experience: 1 Year as Junior IT Auditor or Equivalent

Place of work: Internal Audit Department, Head Office

Position 5: Internal Auditor III

Education: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Management or related

Experience: 5 Years Experience as Internal Auditor or Equivalent

Place of work: Internal Audit Department, Head Office

Position 6: Application Support Officer III

Education: BSC in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management System or related

Work Experience: 5 Years Experience as Application Support Officer or Equivalent

Place of work: IT Application Support and Development Department, Head Office

An Application Support Officer in banking is responsible for providing high level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users of various banking applications. The officer will work closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to ensure that banking applications are functioning properly and to help identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
