Position: Intern – Techno Functional Consultant

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5
• Recent graduate, Class of 2024 or later.

Ashewa Technology Solutions is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern Techno Functional Consultant to join our Smart ERP and digital transformation team. The intern will support ERP implementation projects by bridging business requirements with technical solutions, assisting in system configuration, documentation, client support, and user training.

This internship is ideal for candidates passionate about business processes, ERP systems, digital transformation, and technology consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from clients.
• Support ERP implementation and customization activities.
• Work closely with developers, project managers, and functional consultants.
• Participate in requirement analysis, process mapping, and workflow documentation.
• Help configure ERP modules such as:
• HR & Payroll
• Inventory
• Accounting & Finance
• Procurement
• CRM & Sales
• Conduct system testing and report bugs/issues.
• Prepare user manuals, training materials, and project documentation.
• Provide first-level support during implementation and post-deployment phases.
• Assist in user training sessions and client onboarding.
• Support data migration and validation activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
