Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II
Qualification: BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields.
Experience: 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.
Purpose of the Job: To enhance customer satisfaction by handling front line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency ; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross-selling the Bank’s products and services.

Position 2: Senior Branch Operation Support Officer
Qualification: Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/Finance and Economics or any other related fields
Experience: Five/5 years of relevant banking experience of which Two/2 years on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To facilitate and provide regular support to regional Offices/branches in their effort of branch expansion and resource mobilization
Place of Work: South East District (Addis Ababa)
Position 3: Senior Compliance Management Officer
Qualification: BA in Business Management/Accounting/Economics or any other related fields
Experience: Five/5years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which Two/2 years on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To provide proactive and effective compliance management with Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing and other international and national regulatory requirements by designing and implementing a proactive and risk based compliance management approach; implement due diligence on Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing activities.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Senior Learning & Development Officer
Qualification: BA in Management, Business Management, Public administration and Development Management or any other related fields
Experience: Five/5years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which two /2 year on officer position.
Purpose of the Job: To implement learning and development programs aimed at ensuring the continuous existence of highly competent employees equipped with the specific competencies required to achieve the banks vision, mission and strategic focus.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Position 5: Security Guard – I (Male)
Qualification: 10th/12th Grade Complete
Experience: two/2 years of relevant experience in Military/Police service
Age: Between 25-50
Purpose of the Job: To support the Bank’s operation through maintaining safety and security of the organization and its personnel, and ensuring secured customer services with welcoming environment.
