Amana Model Secondary School Job Vacancy Announcement:

Amana Model Secondary School (AMSS) is an educational institution owned by Amana Education and Training PLC., which is registered with the Addis Ababa City Administration Trade Bureau under Registration No. KK/AA/2/0023545/2016. AMSS is granted license by the Education and Training Quality Regulatory Authority to admit up to 600 students of grades 9-12. 

The company, which is founded by a group of academicians and business leaders, has opened the doors to its flagship AMSS in 2024 (2017 E.C.) with a mission to revolutionize education in the country. Undoubtedly, AMSS is the only secondary school in Ethiopia where more than half of its educators are university professors in different academic fields, with several years of experience.   

Position: Human Resource Officer (HR)

Education & Training

● Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

● Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a secondary school setting.
