Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Qualifications:
- Diploma/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience for diploma and 1 year for BA in Fintech, Banking, or Microfinance operation
- Digital financing knowledge and high technology proficiency is highly preferable
The Customer service Officer I is responsible to identify and list out potential money savers focusing on high amount depositors; reviews and evaluates applications for loans and guarantees; appraises the financial standing of applicants using financial and credit analysis techniques; evaluates the credit worthiness of applicants; evaluates credit risks involved; assesses the sufficiency of collaterals;
Location: Branch Office(Addis Ababa)
Position 2: Senior Customer service Officer
Qualifications:
- Diploma/BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or other fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Fintech, Banking, or Microfinance operation
- Digital financing knowledge and high technology proficiency is highly preferable

Position 3: Senior, Credit service, Analyst and Portfolio Management officer
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or Agribusiness related fields
- Minimum 5/3 of experiences for BA and MA in Fintech, Banking, or Microfinance operation
- Digital financing knowledge and high technology proficiency is highly preferable.
