Akufada Micro Finance Institution S.C is a share company registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia according to Micro-Financing Business Proclamation No. 626/2009 and (amendment) proclamation No. 1164/2019. Its business license was issued on 01/08/2022 with license number MFI/055/2022 and officially it has been started its operation on October 22/2022.
It is established to provide financial and non-financial products to active poor and missing middle income society through affordable loans, savings and micro insurance services in order to contribute its share for the development of the national economy.
Position 1: Trainee Legal Officer
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law and Legislation (LLB)

Position 3: Junior General Auditor

Work experience:
- One (1) year of relevant experience

Position 4: Junior Legal Officer

Educational Qualification
- Master’s degree or BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Work experience:
- A minimum of Four (4) or six (6) years of experience in financial institution of which a minimum of two (2) three (3) years in a Supervisory position.
- Experience in leading and managing management-level team of experts and talent.
- Knowledge of Law would be desirable/an advantage.

Position 7: Director, Legal Service Directorate
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree or BA in Law and Legislation (LLM),
Work experience:
- Four (4) or Six (6) years of experience of which two (2) or three (3) years should be at supervisory position.
- Full professional qualification is required.
- Specialist experience in Legal Services and MFI sector.

Position 8: Director, Information Technology Directorate
Educational Qualification:
- Master’s degree or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
Work experience:
- A minimum of Four (4) or Six (6) years of experience preferably in the financial industry of which a minimum of two (2) or three (3) years in a Supervisory position.
- Experience in leading and managing a management-level team of experts and talent.

Position 9: Director, Internal Auditor Directorates
Educational Qualification:
- BA degree and in Accounting, Management, Business Administration or related field
Work experience:
- Six (6) years of experience of which three (3) years should be at a supervisory position.
- Specialist knowledge of the MFI sector and audit principles.
- Comply the regulatory body (NBE) requirements/ Fit & property test.
