Akseker Ethiopia Casing Plc is a foreign investor in meat subsector and a leading meat exporter of India “Allana Group”. Would like to employ a candidates with the below qualifications to our factory at Oromia, Modjo.
Position: Export Officer & documentation
Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing management or related fields preferred.
Work Experience:
- 0+ years of experience.
Required person:
- 1 /men or woman
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the pre –shipment documents for all export shipment and arranging of their filling with customs authorities
- Responsible to handle post shipment documents like Bill of loading / Airway Bill, GSP/certificate of origin, Bill of exchange, Fumigation certificate, Insurance certificates, Health certificates, and their submission to Bank Buyer.
- Arranging all payments received against export shipment or advance payments against export.
- Coordination with other government or non-government agencies for getting the document issued, Verified and legalized etc.
- Coordination with packaging department to ensure proper packing of goods, as per the standard/according to buyer’s requirements.
- Coordination with warehouse/Factory for smooth and timely stuffing /dispatch of the export goods.
- Sending shipment notification to customers at proper time.
- Coordinate with relative departments on export documentation.
Salary: Negotiable
