We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Officer. As a Sales Officer, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and closing sales deals. Qualification:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Self-motivated and proactive with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; additional certifications in sales or relevant industry knowledge is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales objectives and targets.
  • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients to secure profitable deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to address customer needs and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and differentiation.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Uphold the company’s values, ethics, and brand image in all interactions and transactions.
