Position 1: Customer Services Officer -I
Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement : 1 (One) relevant experience in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.
Competencies Required:
- Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II
Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience Requirement: 2 (Two) years of relevant experience in a Bank.
Job Description:
- Is responsible to make/Check front office customer service support at the branch.
- will handle/Check account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries,
- handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer
Educations: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank
The Senior Customer Service Officer:
- Provides front office customer service support at the Branch
- Handles account management transactions
- Respond to customer enquiries
- Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Posiiton 4: Branch Manager I
Educations: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or other related fields of studies.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent role.
- he Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/he will also coordinate the sales/business development efforts of the branch.
- The Branch manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guides branch operational excellence. S/he will prepare and submit annual budget, work plan and activity and progress reports. The jobholder will also participate in various community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank.

Position 5: Senior Risk and Compliance Officer
Qualification: MSC, MA, BA, BSC In Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Experience: 3/5 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as Officer, Risk & Compliance or equivalent in the banking industry.
Under the supervision of the Respective Team Leaders, the post holder performs risk management activities related with Financial risks; produces draft credit, Asset- liability, Market and other financial risks report of the Bank on regular basis and timely submits the same to the immediate supervisor; produces draft working procedures and studies relating to financial risks in view of facilitating risk identification, measurement, monitoring and controlling. The job holder also plans, organizes, directs and coordinates and monitors the Bank’s compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, systems and procedures, standards, guidelines set by the Board and NBE’s directives related to finance (credit, liquidity and Market) or operational risks (systems and procedures, people, internal processes, internal controls etc..) and Operational risk Management Process; establishes risk rating framework across all types operational risk areas of the Bank.

Position 6: Team Leader, Brand Management
Qualification: MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Marketing Management, Management, Business Administration, Economics or related fields. With Graphics design certificate
Experience: 5/7 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as senior officer Brand Management , Marketing or equivalent in the banking industry
Job Description:
-Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for all branding activities
-Develop and implement the brand strategy, including defining style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition
-Ensure articulation of Bank’s desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position throughout the Bank
-Ensure the appearance of all print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, etc.;
-ensure that all marketing materials are in line with the bank’s brand identity
