Position: Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Education:
- MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirement:
A Minimum of 5 Years relevant experience in a Banking industry of which 2 years as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer or related position.
Senior Monitoring & Evaluation Officer
Develop annual corporate plans and scorecards in alignment with the five-year corporate strategic objectives in collaboration with sectors, divisions, and departments, and assure proper quarterly and monthly distribution of annual plans; develop resource requirement and allocation plans (budgeting) for the developed plans and make necessary adjustments in accordance to current circumstances.

Skills in usage of spreadsheet solutions will be advantageous.
