We are looking for a junior physiotherapist who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children.

Position: Junior Physiotherapist – Pediatric Physiotherapy & Early Childhood Intervention

Profile / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Genuine passion for working with children with disabilities and commitment to growing into an expert in the field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience; personal or professional experience with people with disabilities is considered a plus.
  • English skills at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level, sufficient for professional communication and training (self-testing on online platforms is accepted).
  • Willingness to commit to 2 years with the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work within a holistic, interdisciplinary, and family-centered approach.
  • Conduct professional assessments and define comprehensive therapy goals and objectives.
  • Develop therapy plans and implement individual and group training sessions.
  • Maintain seamless documentation, including daily notes using Response to Intervention (RTI), discharge summaries, and reports.
  • Coach parents and caregivers to support their child’s development.
  • Participate in home visits as part of therapy and parent support.
  • Actively engage in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Geja Sefer, Lideta

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm

Salary: $277 monthly basic salary plus additional benefits
