Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private company engaged in Real Estate Property marketing and sales. Addis Home Finder provides professional service for Real Estates and home buyers.
The company is formed with the objective of making home buying and selling transaction easier by facilitating the process for both parties.
After observing the struggle of Real Estates to market their properties and confusion of home buyers’ in coming up with right choice, Addis Home Finder set a goal to be a right link between home buyers and Real Estates and write a new history in modernizing the sales transaction of the sector.

Position 1: Copy Chief
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, communications, or a related field with minimum 1 years of experience in Ad or content writing in advertisement agencies or mediasÂ
- Proven track record in copy editing, preferably in a newsroom or publishing environment.
- Familiarity with style guides (such as AP style) and industry best practices.
- Meticulous eye for grammar, syntax, and consistency.
- Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly.
- Effective team management and mentorship abilities.
- Ability to guide and motivate a team of editors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback to improve content quality.

Position 2: Video Editor
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Video Editor in film making industry with 1+ years of experience
- Showcase your previous video editing work (highlighting different genres or styles).
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Understanding of visual storytelling principles.
- Ability to transform raw footage into engaging narratives.
- Meticulous eye for timing, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Adapt to project requirements and deadlines

Position 3: UI/UX Designer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field
- Relevant certification or coursework in UI/UX is a plus.
- Previous experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects, especially work related to web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills to convey design concepts and rationale.
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Position 4: Graphics Designer
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
- Showcase a strong portfolio of illustrations, logos, and other graphic work.
- Proficiency in design tools (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Think outside the box and bring fresh ideas.
- Communicate design concepts effectively.

Position 5: Account Executive
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with over 2 years proven experience in commercial-related activities like CRM, marketing or sales context  or equivalent positions in similar organizations
- Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development.
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles and consultative selling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate complex solutions to clients.
- Comfortable negotiating contracts and pricing terms.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Thrives in a target-driven environment.
- Collaborates effectively with colleagues and clients.
