Addis International Bank S.C (AdIB) is a young private commercial bank that was founded by cooperatives, unions, and social settings like Idris as well as individual businessmen. It has been operating in the industry for the last seven years; and is playing a pivotal role in the banking industry.
Position: IT – Graduate Trainee
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology, MIS or other closely related fields
- Graduation Year: 2025 – G.C
- CGPA: 2.50 and above
- Exit Exam: 50% and above
The IT Graduate Trainee Program develops well-qualified professionals equipped to become future successors within the Information Technology Office of the Bank. Trainees complete a one-year program before being automatically reclassified to the next job level as they progress in their chosen specialization. Under the close supervision of their Work Units heads, Graduate Trainees support daily operations, contribute to improvement initiatives, and build the competencies required for specialized and cross-functional roles across the Bank’s IT environment.
