Addis International Bank S.C wants to recruit fresh graduates in the following vacant positions.

Addis International Bank S.C (AdIB) is a young private commercial bank that was founded by cooperatives, unions, and social settings like Idris as well as individual businessmen. It has been operating in the industry for the last seven years; and is playing a pivotal role in the banking industry.

Position: Graduate Trainee

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Economics, or other closely related fields

Graduation Year: 2025 – G.C/2017 E.C.

CGPA: 2.50 and above

Exit Exam: 50% and above.

Upon successful completion of 2-3 months of both on-the- job and Off-the- job training program, trainees will commit to a three-year service period with Addis Bank. Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, the Graduate Trainee will handle cash transactions at the counter, including receiving and paying cash against verified instruments, maintaining accurate records, stamping and validating transactions, and reconciling daily cash balances in compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
