Virtual banking conducted through the use of An Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) creates the hybrid experience of using an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and working with a live teller. Sometimes called a virtual teller, ITMs contain the machine automation for handling currency, accepting checks, scanning identification, and printing receipts. They also add a human element to the transaction through digital communication tools that connect with a remote, live person within the bank. Similar to using Skype on a personal computer, ITMs allow voice communication (over a speaker or a private handset), video conferencing, and chat.

Position: Security Officer I(የጥበቃ ሠራተኛ)

Education: 12th/10th grade complete. Police or Military training certificate is advantageous (12/10 ክፍል ያጠናቀቀ/ች። የፖሊስ ወይም ወታደራዊ ስልጠና የምስክር ወረቀት ጠቃሚ ነው)

Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate banking experience with an age range of 25 to 45. Experience in Military/Police is advantageous.(ቢያንስ 2 አመት በተዛማጅ የስራ መደብ የባንክ የስራ ልምድ ያለው/ያላት፤ከ25 እስከ 45 እድሜ ክልል ውስጥ የሚገኝ/የምትገኝ ፤ የውትድርና/ፖሊስ የስራ ልምድ ጠቃሚ ነው).

  1. የስራው አላማ: 

የባንኩን ሠራተኞች፣ ባለጉዳዮች፣ ሕንፃዎች፣ ቢሮዎችና ንብረቶች መጠበቅ፣ የጥበቃ መሣሪያዎችን መቆጣጠርና በተገቢው ሁኔታ መጠበቅ፣ በሕንፃዎች ውስጥ ገቢ እና ወጪ ተሽከርካሪዎችን መቆጣጠር፣ መምራት፤በሀገሪቷ እና በባንኩ የሚወጡ መመሪያዎችና ሕጎችን መተግበር ፡፡

        2. ዝርዝር ተግባራት:

  • የባንኩን ሕንፃዎች፣ ቢሮዎችና ሠራተኞች መጠበቅ፣
  •  የሕንፃዎችን መግቢያና መውጫ መፈተሽና መቆጣጠር፤ 
  • ከሚመለከታቸው የስራ ኃላፊዎች በሚሰጥ መመሪያ መሠረት የገንዘብ ዝውውር እጀባ ማከናወን
  • አደጋና ጉዳቶችን መታደግ፣ የተለየ ጥርጣሬ የታየባቸውን፣ የመመሪያ ጥሰትን ማሳወቅ፣ 
  • በባንኩ ቅጥር ግቢ የሚገቡና የሚወጡ ተሽከርካሪዎችን መምራት፣ መቆጣጠር፣
  • በባንኩ ቅጥር ግቢ የሚታዩ ክስተቶችን እና የቁጥጥር እርምጃዎችን ለበላይ ኃላፊ ማሳወቅ፣ 
  • በባንኩ በሚወጣው ሕግ አግባብ የባንኩን እና የቅርንጫፎችን ፀጥታ መጠበቅ፣ 
  • የጥበቃ መሣሪያዎችን ለከፍተኛ ጥገና ማሳወቅ፣ እንዲሁም የአዳዲስ መሣሪያዎችን የቴክኒክ ብቃት መፈተሽ፣ 
  • ከሌሎች የጥበቃ አባላት ጋር ተባብሮ መስራት፣
  • ከጥበቃ ሥራ ጋር በተገናኘ የተቀላጠፈ የደንበኞች አገልግሎት መስጠት፣ 
  • ለባንኩ፣ ለመንግሥት እና ለፌዴራል ሕጎች ተገዥ መሆን፣ 
  • የባንኩን እና የቅርንጫፎቹን ንብረቶች ከዘረፋ፣ ጥቃት እና እሳት መጠበቅ፣
  • እንዲሁም ከቅርብ አለቃው የሚሠጠውን ሌሎች ከጥበቃ ሥራ ጋር ተያያዥነት ያላቸው ሥራዎች ያከናውናል፡፡
