Position: Trade Development Representative
Job Requirement
- BA/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Sales, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering and related fields
- A minimum of 1 year hand on experience related to the position
- Experience in team building, leading and related tasks is preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven work experience as a Trade Development Representative, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- Track record of achieving sales quotas
- Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Knowledge of mediation and conflict resolution techniques is preferable.
- Excellent oral and written English skills, Amharic, and the local language.
