Currently the company currently engaged in Customs Clearance and (Transit), Freight forwarding and Shipping Agency. In the near future, we will start a new business line. Our company currently wants to employ very competitive and energetic junior staffs on the following vacant positions for the new business line;
Position: Customer Handling Junior Officer
Education: Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Economics
Experience: One to two years of total work Experience in Similar and related fields
Competence:
- Serve as front office Desk officer for all business enquiries
- Handle all customers company service requests
- Sell company’s services
- Process orders and transactions
- Provide proactive customer outreach
- Handle customer complaints
- Collect and analyzing customer feedback
- Deliver information about company’s offering
- Respond to customer reviews
Term of employment: Permanent
Location: Addis Ababa
