Qualification: BA degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related field of studies

Work Experience:  2 years of relevant work experience

Special requirement: Competence in MS   Office

Position 2: HRM Officer I

Qualification:  BA degree in Human Resource Management, Management or related field of studies

Work Experience:  2 years’ relevant work experience

Special requirement: Competence in MS Office

Job Grade: IX

Competency Requirements

  • High coordination skill & proactive personality
  • Detail orientation & analytical skill

Position 3: Senior Auditor

Qualification:  BA/MA/MSC in Accounting, Accounting and Finance or related of studies

Work Experience:  6/4 years of relevant work experience

Special requirement:  Competence in MS Office and Accounting Application Packages

Job Grade: XII

Competency Requirements 

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skill
  • High coordination skill & proactive personality
  • Detail orientation & analytical skill
  • Ability to maintain, improve standards and performance through implementation of good practice

Place of work : Addis Ababa Head Office

Position 4: Cashier/ Secretary I

Qualification: Diploma (10+4) in Accounting & Finance

Work Experience:  2 years’ relevant work experience

Special requirement:  Literate in Word, Excel and other Computer Software

Job Grade: V

Competency Requirements

Position 5: Junior Underwriting Officer

Qualification:  BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields of studies

Work Experience: 1 years of relevant work experience (experience in Insurance sector is highly preferable)

Special requirement: Competence in MS Office

Job Grade: VIII

Qty: 4

Competency Requirements

Place of work :  Addis Ababa Bishoftu, Butajira & Shashemene Branchs.

Position 6: Branch Manager I

Qualification: BA/MBA/MSc/MA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Supply chain Management or related fields of studies

Work Experience:  6/4 years of relevant experience out of which three years in Managerial or Senior Professionals positions

Special requirement: Competence in MS Office and Leadership

Job Grade: XII
