Abay Homes Real Estate, engaged in the construction and sale of commercial spaces and residential apartments, is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for real estate sales positions.
We are looking for a skilled and creative Marketing Officer with strong experience in content creation, content direction, and content management. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing engaging marketing materials, managing digital platforms, and supporting the company’s overall marketing strategy.
Position: Real Estate sales officer
Job requirements: Bachelor Degree
Experience: minimum of 6 months of real estate sales experience.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Present, promote, and sell residential and commercial units.
- Analyze customer needs and match them with suitable properties.
- Reach out to potential clients and accurately capture their contact information.
- Conduct surveys and engage with clients within your designated area.
- Meet or exceed your daily company sales targets.
- Report daily on prospecting activity and customer follow-ups.
- Set and plan your own objectives on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
Required number: 10 (ten)
Compensation: 4% commission and attractive salary

Location: Addis Ababa, Mexico
