Abay Bank S.C. invites interested and qualified applicants to fill the Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II position.
Position: Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II
Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA degree in Accounting or Business Management or Management or Banking and Finance or Economics and/or related Departments with zero years of experience.
- Only Graduates of 2022 & 2023 (For 2023 graduate applicants who passed the national exit examination are advantageous.)
The CSO attends customer inquiries, handles payments and collections, works on deposit mobilization and search for potential customers, ensures that correct receipts and advices are issued to customers for all transactions, balances daily cash transaction and prepares daily cash position.
CGPA: For Female 2.5 & above – For Male 2.75 & above
Place of Work: Branches under Somali Region
Salary: As per the Bank’s Scale
