Position 1: Junior Office Equipment Technician
Educational Level and work Experience: Diploma in woodwork/electricity/machine/Office equipment maintenance or related field of study. Two years related work experience
Diagnose and identify the defective part, request/purchase spare parts, and maintain the equipment. Conduct periodic services for office equipment. Proposing office and electromechanical equipment maintenance for outsourcing, Receiving and inspecting repaired equipment from external service provider and handing over to user organs,. Installation and maintaining of new and existing telephone and electrical lines

Position 2: Administrative Assistant
Educational Level and work Experience: BA/Diploma in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Administrative Service Management with two/four years related work experience
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for registering and filing Letters, minutes, circulars, memoranda and other materials. Screens visitors, schedules appointments and arranges telephone contacts to and from supervisor. Keeps custody of correspondent files, other confidential materials and petty cash Opens, sorts and routes incoming mail

Position 3: Credit Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in in Economics or Accounting or Management or Business Administration or Finance and Accounting or other business related field of study with 3 years of experience in Banking operations.
The Credit Officer is responsible to conduct an independent credit analysis/appraisal on all credit requests’ of customers beyond the discretions of Districts or Branches, collects all required loan processing documents and information from the branch, information/data/research output from the database of the bank (if available), or from the market as deemed necessary;

Position 4: Senior Credit Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 4 years of experience in Banking operations

Position 5: Junior Hardware Technician
Educational Level and work Experience: BSC Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 2 years’ of experience in hardware maintenance.
The Jr. Hardware Technician is responsible to perform preventive maintenance of hardware and software install, update and troubleshoots applications.

Position 6: SOC Analyst
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum BSC Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Science or related fields with 3 years of direct experience in a Security Operation Centre. Should have good knowledge in TCP/IP Packet Analysis, Log correlation and analysis. Should have a practical experience with IBM QRadar, CEH, CND and CHFI are advantageous.
SOC Analyst is responsible to work in 24*7 shifts performing real-time monitoring of security alerts generated by various security. Reviews the most recent SIEM-SOAR alerts to see their relevance and urgency. Evaluates incidents escalated by junior SOC analysts. Review false positives. Tune matching Rules Carries out in-depth threat intelligence analysis. Pinpoint affected systems and the extent of the attack. Analyzes running processes and configurations on affected systems. Respond to security incidents. Forensic investigation. Document closed security incidents

Position 7: Security Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: BA/Diploma in Police Science from police college a minimum of 3/5 years work experience in security/military activities.
The Security Officer ensures that the security force of the bank is performing well, studies, proposes and introduces improved methods of security system/techniques/ in the bank; Follow up and ensures that out sourced security guards and the company they belong to are properly working in accordance with the terms and conditions agreed upon and the internal guidelines stipulated

Position 8: Store Keeper-I
Educational Level and work Experience: BA Degree in Procurement and supplies Management/Supplies Management/Management/Accounting, or business related field of study with a minimum of 2 years of property management related work experience.
He/she is responsible to maintain proper inventory list of all fixed assets of the bank, to receive and to store materials and supplies against a copy of Bank’s purchase order and Delivery invoice of the supplier, to issue materials from stock per requisition, and to hand over stock to receiving organs or employees of the bank. He/she maintains an inventory record for each of the item under his or her control and updates records of all receipts and withdrawals

Junior SOC Analyst is responsible to work in 24*7 shifts performing real-time monitoring of security alerts generated by various security tools. Serves as a primary point of contact for reporting potential security incidents. Validate, classify and open tickets for security incidents. Triage security alerts. Ensure the authenticity of a security incident occurring. Analyze and assess security alerts and escalate for further investigations and communication. Document security incidents as identified by the case management process. Pick out potential intrusions from sets of audit logs or security alerts. Follow-ups and provide assistance during remediation.

Position 10: Database Administrator
Educational Level and work Experience: B.Sc. Computer Science, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Science .Minimum of 3 years’ experience in oracle database design and system administration Certification in Oracle database like OCA, core banking knowledge is advantageous
The Database Administrator responsible for installing and managing standard database management software mainly Oracle and related environment software; Work in collaboration with software developers and application support team; Make sure the database security is properly configured and grant rights to users as per the application requirement;

The Senior Network Administrator is responsible for designing network technical infrastructure that connects all branches of the Bank with Head Office to implement mission critical service like core banking software; Design and administer the Bank’s PBX and (voice over IP)VOIP;

Position 13: Principal–Core Application Administration Officer
Educational Level and work Experience: Minimum B.Sc. in Computer Science or Network Engineering or Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Information Science with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in application administration of which one year at senior Officer level. Database certification like OCA, OCP, and core banking experience is advantageous
Principal–Core Application Administration Officer is responsible to monitor core banking application, application servers, database, reports, and related systems performance/security issues and takes necessary proactive measures. He/she manages day-to-day user support for core banking users; logs core banking related issues to the vendor support portal and fix the issues accordingly; Ensures if the core banking system, databases, and related systems are secured, maintained, and fine-tuned.; tests periodic patches obtained from software providers in a test environment; promotes tested patches obtained from software provider in a production environment; ensures software fixes are tested in a test environment before being deployed in a production system; Prepares technical specifications of software and related items and evaluating vendors’ proposals. Undertake generic duties of the Division (planning, coaching, mentoring, supervision and reporting).

Position 14: Principal Engineer
Educational Level and work Experience: MSC/BSC Degree in Civil Engineering, Building/Construction Management or related field, with 8/10 years of professional experience of which 4 years at Senior level experience as Contract Administration Engineer, Claim Engineer, Project Coordinator related assignments. Experience in Design build project is preferred
The Principal Engineer is responsible for administering the terms of building contracts between Abay Bank S.C. and the corresponding contractors and consultants in the following regards: Claim administration, Change Control, Risk Management, Progress follow up and tracking, Meeting handling and reporting, Correspondence tracking, Checking, evaluating and verifying payment invoices issued by the Contractor and the Consultant, Preparing and submitting periodic and other reports to the management, Checking and verifying Contractor’s work program, Assist the project Manager in preparation of Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annual plans, Make periodic site visit to the construction sites and suggest any required actions with respect to implementation of the contract and other related tasks.

Position 15: Customer Service Supervisor Branch – C
Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3(three) years of experience in banking operations.
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions. To follow up all cheque clearance activities and accounts of suspense nature. To ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts and other related tasks

Position 16: Branch Manager – Grade I
Educational Level and work Experience: BA in Management or Economics or Accounting & Finance or Marketing or Banking & Finance or Business Administration or other business related field of study with 3(three) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 1(one) year in supervisory position.
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows-up and evaluates Branch’s operations/targets on established performance parameters.
