- Social Sciences: Social Works, Psychology, Sociology, Gender-related field.
- Human Resource Management or related field.
- Business Administration, Finance, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics.
- Communications, Project Management or other related fields.
- Project Management or related field.
- Journalism, Communication or related field.
A recent graduate with a relevant bachelors’ degree and eligible to work in Ethiopia. This opportunity is open to both MasterCard Foundation Alumni and other graduates.
Excellent problem-solver, observant, agile and able to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and basic appreciation of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Possess excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate information to a variety of constituents across cultures.
Possess professional maturity, sensitivity with different cultures, and impeccable integrity that exemplify the Foundation’s values.
Demonstrate a commitment to MasterCard Foundation’s values and vision.
