Position 1: Customer Service Officer I
Qualification Requirement: Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration
Experience Requirement: 1 (One) year of relevant experience in a Bank
Competencies Required:
- Understands the basic mechanisms of general financial products and services.
- Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
- Ability to respond to basic client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system
Location: Addis Ababa, Bahir Dar, Gondar, Hawassa.
Position 2: Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant
Required Qualifications: College Diploma in Secretarial Services other relevant fields.
- Relevant professional qualifications and certifications.
Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years proven work experience as Secretary or Receptionist is required.
Technical and Behavioral competencies:
- Organizational skills.
- Telephone handling Skills
- Customer Service
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Website Administrator
Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Web Design, Marketing or another related field of study.
- Certificate or knowledge in graphic design tools such as illustrator or Photoshop is mandatory
- Certificate or knowledge of programming languages such as JAVA, HTML, Python, SQL, and others is advantageous
Required Experience: A minimum of 3 years proven work experience as website administration is required.
