Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Qualification: BA degree in Marketing, Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Banking operation experience of at-least One (1) year as a Customer Service Officer. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous

Duty station: Branches in Harrar-Kombolcha, Assela and Aweday

Position 2: Branch Operation Supervisor

Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience: Banking operation experience of Four (4) years in branch and accounts operation. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous

Duty station: Branches in Harrar-Kombolcha, Assela and Aweday

Position 3: Customer Service Supervisor

Education: BA degree in Accounting, Management, Economics or related fields

Experience: Banking operation experience of Four (4) years as a Customer Service Officer & Cash Operations. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous

Duty station: Branches in Harrar-Kombolcha, Assela and Aweday

Position 4: Branch Manager

Education: MA/MBA degree or BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Banking operation experience of Four (4) years for Masters and six (6) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA two (2) years and BA (3) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions is required.

Duty station: Branches in Harrar-Kombolcha, Assela and Aweday

Position 5: Manager HR Development, Career and Succession Planning 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Human Resource Capital Practice Experience of Six(6) years for Masters and Eight(8) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA (3) years and BA (4) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions are required

Work Place: Head Office

Position 6: Manager HR Operations (Talent Acquisition and Admin) 

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related fields

Experience: Human Resource Capital Practice Experience of Six(6) years for Masters and Eight(8) years for Bachelor Degree holders; of which MBA/MA (3) years and BA (4) years of experience in Managerial/supervisory positions are required
